Call the management line right away in these situations, any hour, any day.
- Water escaping, a burst pipe, an overflowing toilet, a sewage backup or a leaking water heater
- Fire, smoke, a smell of gas, or the fire alarm sounding
- A break-in, an intruder, or a door that will not lock
- Someone trapped in the elevator
- No heat and the apartment is cold
- No electricity in the whole unit, while neighbours and the street are fine
- No water at all
- The intercom and the fobs both down across the building
- An appliance leaking, sparking, or smelling like burning
