Capstone Developments is a real estate investment and development company specializing in the sustainable revitalization of Montreal and the surrounding regions. Founded by Randall Ettinger, Andrew Pascal and Robert Tortorici, Capstone is focused on building the next generation of residential projects that stand out, while respecting the history and integrity of neighbourhoods.

Relationship-based development is at the heart of the Capstone way. During the development of Grâce Condominiums, Capstone engaged with elected officials, urban planners, citizens, and community members to deliver a project that would enhance the streetscape for all members of the NDG community.

To bring Grâce to life, Capstone partnered with Sidcan, a LEED certified, customer-focused general contractor and a builder with a stellar track record.
